VLOG: Tulley’s Farm, East Sussex

The other day, we headed to Tulley’s Farm, just outside of Crawley to see what the SpookFest they hold for Halloween was like. I’ve heard great things about this farm and have always wondered what it’s like. As it goes, we’re becoming seasoned pro’s at which farms are best to visit so I couldn’t wait to take Emma and see what she makes of it. On the day, Emma was keen to see the cows, sheep and horses & I was keen to show Emma their pumpkin patch in time for Halloween but I had no idea if that’s what we would find…

This is the first vlog I’ve filmed in over a year as I’ve been trying to get my practice in & feeling a lot more comfortable on camera these days. So I’m excited to get back into vlogging and will be back every Friday with a new vlog to share.

Hope you enjoy watching and don’t forget to pop over to my YouTube channel to have a look too 🙂

This reminds me of our local farm park – the Popple absolutely loves going there! I need to check if they’re doing anything Halloween-y. Love Emma’s yellow tights! #dreamteam

I love children’s reactions to animals, very cute. I often find with a 5 year old and a 20month old places are great for the older one but not so great for toddlers.
    Great Vlog x

We swore we wouldn;t go pumpkin picking this year as we grew a couple of dozen of our own on the allotment. BUT I’ve already succumbed to the FOMO and signed up to join friends at our local pumpkin field at half term!

Oh Bridget I’m loving the Vlog! You’re a natural. Emma is even cuter on video and I loved the little tractor shop thing she’d got going on. It’s a shame there wasn’t more for toddlers but still looks like she had a fab time. xx

  24. October 18, 2017 / 6:54 pm

Love the vlog – looks like you two had fun at the farm picking pumpkins.#dreamteam

My toddler’s terrified of getting close to animals, but she would’ve loved to ride the rides. So i guess it just depends on your kid lol Looks like a nice farm! #dreamteam

  27. October 19, 2017 / 11:16 am

Wow! Emma has amazing balance and her speaking is really good. J loves animals too but would hate the funfair rides and loud music so I wouldn’t take him to this. It is good to know that there are farms more geared to older children though for future reference as most of the ones near us are for under 6’s. #dreamteam

I’ve always wanted to go to Tulley’s Farm at Halloween, but more as a grown up thing than with the kids haha! #dreamteam

Loved your vlog! I’ve never tried one (it’s a bit hard when you want to remain anonymous!) so I’m always in awe of anyone that does it. Emma looked so cute balancing over the wobbly bridge and I really liked that you gave an honest opinion and said that it wasn’t that ideal for toddlers. #dreamteam

  30. October 22, 2017 / 1:58 pm

WHat a lovely time! Emma is so cute, I want to reach through the screen and help her across the bridge! Lovely! #dreamteam xoxo

This place looks amazing! Emma on that bridge is so cute! jealous there isnt anywhere near us like this!! #dreamteam

  32. October 25, 2017 / 11:52 am

I’ve heard great things about Tulley’s but more for adults than for little ones. I’m not sure I’d be able to cope with all the scary stuff that goes on! #dreamteam

  33. October 25, 2017 / 2:56 pm

Oh I never went here when I lived in Brighton but always wanted to! She’s so cute bless her – glad she enjoyed the animals #dreamteam

  34. October 25, 2017 / 3:35 pm

Aw Emma is so cute! Her face with the little “woah” on the bridge – cute! Great to see you vlogging again, I’m far too scared to! #DreamTeam
