I’m never one to pretend I’m a domesticated wifey. There’s almost always laundry to be done, clothes to tidy away. In fact as I type, I’ve reminded myself that there’s washing to be hung out to dry. It’s not that I don’t want to get on top of things, it’s that I can’t with a Emma toddling around putting everything in her mouth, and having to watch her every move! But the cleaning side of things, making sure there’s as little ‘bits’ on the floor, and everything is as hygenic as possible is something I can’t get away from. Even the tiniest speck, Emma will hone in on, pick it up and put in her mouth. So I’m always on the lookout for products that will make cleaning quick and easy.
So when the folks at Zoflora asked if I’d give their cleaning products a try, I thought it was worth a shot. To give you a better idea of how mealtimes go in our house, the end result of a meal is raspberries smeared all over the tray table, with crumbled biscuit and splashes of pasta sauce that didn’t make the cut, just for good measure. And don’t get me started on the floor, which is just a collection of debris! Time is always an issue as a mum. Every day you’ve got a million jobs to do, of which only 60% get done, if you’re lucky. So give me a product that is that little bit more efficient so it does the job quicker…you will officially make my
day whole year.
Zoflora is a concentrated disinfectant and kills up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including E.coli, MRSA, Salmonella and Listeria. It also eliminates odours (helping with those times there’s a lingering fishy smell in the fridge that I just can’t get rid of!) and leaves an all day fresh smell. Everything I’m reading is just music to my ears – ever since I’ve started weaning Emma, I worry about the germs and keep everything clean for her.
The verdict: this is a wonder product! As you can see from the pictures it took away the food in just one swipe, which will make my cleaning life much happier. The only drawback is that it’s quite strong, so you need to clean without little hands in the way. Sometimes I have to do a little clean with Emma still in the chair and wouldn’t be able to use Zoflora in that instance. This is definitely something I would recommend to other mum friends and a huge help all around the house, as it can be used in the kitchen, bathroom and even on the tiles.
A big thank you to Zoflora for sending me samples in exchange for an honest review of this product. Zoflora is available from all leading supermarkets and Amazon, prices start at £2.85 for a 250ml bottle.
